Victoria and Neil's wedding was so beautiful and so much fun to be a part of. Not only do I know Victoria from our high school days (Go Adna Pirates), but their wedding was filled with special moments that summed up their relationship.
When the bride walks down the aisle to beautiful Celtic music...
and then the officiant (who is also the groom's sister) starts with the ever-awesome, ever-famous wedding line from The Princess Bride ("Mawwiage. Mawwiage is what bwings us togethew today..." - you know how it goes)...
and the groomsmen quote Calvin and Hobbes on love...
and then the newlyweds seal it all with a Celtic handfasting ceremony...
you know it's going to be a fun and completely unique wedding.
And aside from all that - it was in such a beautiful location (Trinity Tree Farms in Issaquah, Washington), and they were completely surrounded by all their friends and family showering them with love.
They had hands-down, the BEST entrance into the reception I've ever witnessed, and I've seen a lot of entrances - they got a standing ovation (complete with loud cheering) for a solid 2-3 minutes, which is a long time when you're standing in the middle of the room looking around at all your loved ones.
It was an honor to be asked to be a part of this beautiful day! All the best to this awesome couple!
