A big congratulations to the Olsons! This sweet family has been joined by their newest addition and bundle of joy, Beau, since we had this session!
I'm so excited to finally have some time to blog this shoot - it's been a crazy few weeks as I started my new job!
I was thrilled when Laura told me that they'd love to come down from Seattle for the session, and that they'd be down for a beach family/maternity shoot. We had such a great time at Cannon Beach. Look at the amazing weather we got the day after a big snow storm in Portland!
Laura and Chris are absolutely wonderful, and such great parents to Quin. I cannot wait to meet baby Beau and watch big sister interact with him. Quin is curious and brave and loving - I think the pictures pretty much sum up that adorable and sweet personality of hers! Those sides eyes, that cheeky smile, all the kisses - I just adore it! She had a lot of fun running around on the beach...she definitely kept my husband (who was assisting me) on his toes the whole time!
I am so grateful that Chris and Laura made time to come down - not only was Laura already close to her due date (what a trooper!), but we all had to be flexible to accommodate all our crazy schedules - and in the end it came together beautifully and just in time!
Can't wait to catch up with the new family of four - and wishing for many more beautiful days like this for these amazing people!
